RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

Full price items, unworn and unaltered with original tags still attached may be returned for a full refund within 21 days of delivery.

All sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged at any time.

What is your exchange policy? 

We’re happy to help you with an exchange, depending on product availability. To make an exchange, email orders@f loreanais.com. We’ll process a return on your original item and place a new order for the exchange. You will receive a credit for the item you send back, and you will be separately charged for the new item. Exchanges will be accepted up to 21 days after purchase, and you may be charged for shipping. All exchanged items returned must be unworn and unaltered with original tags still attached to qualify for an exchange.

How long will it take to process my exchange or return?

Your return will be processed within [5 business days of receipt to our warehouse]. Upon processing your return, we will automatically send a copy of your credit memo to the email address associated with your account.

Refunds will be applied to the payment method used to place the original order and may take 7-10 business days to appear on your banking statement.

SHIPPING

What are my shipping options?

¢  FREE GROUND SHIPPING
Orders typically ship out of our warehouse [within 1-3 business days] and arrive within [4-10 business days] post-shipment. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Pre-ordered items ship on an extended timeline.

¢  [UPS SECOND DAY AIR]
Orders received by [3pm ET Monday-Friday typically ship out same day and arrive in 2 business days]. Orders received [after 3pm ship out the next day, or on Monday if after 3pm Friday]. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Pre-ordered items ship on an extended timeline.

¢  [UPS NEXT DAY AIR]
Orders received by [3PM ET Monday-Friday typically ship out of our warehouse on the same day and arrive in one business day]. Orders received [after 3PM ship out of our warehouse the next business day and arrive one business day from the date of shipment]. PO boxes, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and may ship on an extended timeline. Pre-ordered items ship on an extended timeline.

¢  EXCEPTIONS:
All pre-order items ship on the extended timeline indicated on the product description and your receipt. PO box, military, and US territory addresses require USPS delivery and are not eligible for expedited shipping. Military and US territory addresses ship on an extended timeline and can take anywhere from two business days to several weeks to arrive.

You’ll be notified of your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Please note: National holidays are not considered business days and add an extra day or two to shipping time. Please keep this in mind when choosing your shipping method.

What if I need my items to arrive more quickly? 

E-mail us at orders@floreanais.com and we’ll do whatever we can to get your package to you as soon as possible.

Do you ship outside of the US?

For now, we only ship within the Continential US and Canada, but we are looking to expand our distribution soon!

Send us a note at bonjour@floreanais.com if you are outside of the US and Canada and would like to order one of our products. We will do our best to accommodate!

ORDERS

When will I be charged for my order?

[Your card will be charged at the time of shipment. You’ll see an authorization in the amount of the item(s) purchased on your card once the order is placed, but the charge will not be fully processed until the item(s) ship out. If your order splits into multiple shipments, you will be charged for the items as they ship.]

What if my order arrived damaged?

Well, first and foremost, please accept our most sincere apology. Please take photos to document the damaged product(s) (and, if applicable, damaged packaging) and email them to us at orders@ floreanais.com along with your order number. We will resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

How do I check the status of my order?

[You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website, and navigating to Orders. Once your order ships, you will be notified via the email address associated with your account, and provided with a USPS or UPS tracking number, which you can use to track the status of your order and expected delivery date.]

LE LABO

What is Le Labo?

Derived from the french word «laboratoire», Le Labo is where we gather input from our community of professional women to better understand their needs and wants, in order to create more relevant and targeted products / wardrobe solutions.

By participating in the latest survey on our Le Labo page, you will directly influence what we make next, and how we make it. Here's to co-creating amazing products together!  

How will information I leave at Le Labo be used? 

Our design team will thoroughly review all survey responses in order to better understand your needs and wants. Survey findings will directly influence what wardrobe problem we choose to address next, and how we solve it.

None of the information gathered through Le Labo will be shared externally; all survey responses received at Le Labo will be used solely for the purpose of influencing our design and development process.

Are there other ways for me to collaborate on future collections?

Participating in our surveys is the best way to influence our next wadrobe solution. However, you may share additional insights, feedback or ideas with our design team in two other ways:

COMPANY POLICIES

Do you offer sales or discounts? 

We don’t typically offer sales. By selling our products directly to you, we’re able to cut-out middle-man retailers which allows us to reduce mark-ups and keep our margins consistent and fair, passing on that higher value to you.

We may selectively offer discounts, in which case discounts can be redeemed by entering the relevant promo code upon checkout.
